HEAT Quick Call is a powerful feature that makes it easy to log calls in seconds. With a few mouse clicks, even the most basic calls can be captured, ensuring an accurate picture of how busy your help desk really is. 

No more lost calls! 

The HEAT Auto Escalation module helps to ensure that your customers receive the level of service you have committed to ... and that no calls are ever overlooked. When a call escalates, it notifies you using 
e-mail, paging or other methods.

Stay informed!

The Information Center in HEAT helps you streamline your processes and stay on top of critical issues. The HEAT Call Map shows all the information about the current call in an intuitive graphical tree. The HEATBoard provides team-wide visibility and improves communication of critical issues, allowing the linking of a single issue to multiple, yet unrelated calls and allowing all calls influenced by an issue to be closed automatically.

Streamline common tasks!  

Our Autotask feature gives you a one-click path to automatically execute one or more actions from the HEAT toolbar. Actions are user-defined within templates. With Autotask, you can automatically document call activities, set alarms, print call tickets or reports, pass call-ticket information to other applications, send e-mail messages or write files to disk.

No more missed deadlines! 

HEATAlert notifies your staff of new assignments and messages whether or not the technicians are logged into HEAT. It can work in conjunction with the Auto Escalation function to alert technicians about overdue assignments and even send pager alerts to off-site technicians.
