of a single issue to multiple, yet unrelated calls and allowing
all calls influenced by an issue to be closed automatically.

Our Autotask feature gives you a one-click path to automatically
execute one or more actions from the HEAT toolbar. Actions are user-defined
within templates. With Autotask, you can automatically document
call activities, set alarms, print call tickets or reports, pass
call-ticket information to other applications, send e-mail messages
or write files to disk.

HEATAlert notifies your staff of new assignments and messages
whether or not the technicians are logged into HEAT. It can
work in conjunction with the Auto Escalation function to alert technicians
about overdue assignments and even send pager alerts to off-site
technicians.
