Our three major design objectives:
First Objective:
Provide the end-user with a highly advanced and efficient method of identifying and contacting large numbers of potential customers.
The power of telemarketing resides in the number of calls that reach the desired audience and effectively deliver a well-planned message. The AutoVoice series of autodialer/voicecast servers can call target lists containing the names and telephone numbers of individuals and households in a specified zip code that fit your demographic criteria, as well as lists of specific numbers or groups of number ranges. You can tailor your message to people in a certain age group, in a specific income bracket, with particular spending habits, who have recently purchased a home or car, or any other criteria. U.S. Infotel has teamed up with the most powerful list producers, marketing researchers, and data warehouses in the nation. We can provide calling lists for a variety of criteria in almost every area of North America.
U.S. Infotel's marketing and advertising consultants can write and professionally record your script for the broadest possible appeal. And, if you're not sure of your target market, they can help you make informed choices about which market segments to focus on.
Second Objective:
Create a powerful marketing tool with vast resources that can be summoned in the simplest, most user-friendly methods possible.
A great deal of hardware and software engineering have gone into the AutoVoice and AutoVoice Plus autodialer systems. Complex algorithms analyze frequency fluctuations, tone pitch, line cadence, and periods of silence to ensure that each call is dialed, delivered, and terminated as effciently as possible. Advanced circuits continuously monitor phone line and autodialer hardware to ensure fault tolerance and stability under even the most adverse conditions.
The AutoVoice autodialer series is designed to be turned on, then left alone. A very flexible weekly dial scheduler permits dialing to start and stop at a user-specified date and time. The autodialer can optionally request the called party's consent to continue playing the message, as well as broadcast a message without requesting information from the called party. The autodialer's most popular option allows the called party to leave information at a tone or to respond to survey questions.
The AutoVoice series of autodialer/voicecast servers has prompt group studio utilities for recording, editing, playing, exporting, and importing outgoing messages. An unlimited number of outgoing messages can be stored and selected for dialing at the user's request. The AutoVoice series has 40 gigabytes of capacity for storing leads, lists, and number groups. All this information will remain on the autodialer's hard drive through power outages, power-offs, and unlikely system crashes. All of the functions and features of the AutoVoice autodialers are accessible through a 17-inch color graphical user interface (see screen shots). The user-friendliness of these devices is unquestionable.
Third Objective:
Maintain the privacy of the customer and calling base.
This was our most important objective when designing the AutoVoice series of autodialers and is a fundamental aspect of both U.S. Infotel's mission statement and of every product and service we sell. AutoVoice autodialer/voicecast servers are powerful tools that can reach enormous numbers of individuals on a daily basis. You, as a responsible user, must utilize this tool in a manner that is courteous to your community and acceptable in your community's legal climate.
The AutoVoice & AutoVoice Plus autodialers make this easier by permitting you to manage lists of numbers that should be excluded from future dialing (e.g., police stations, hospitals, emergency call centers, friends, family, etc.). The autodialer's do-not-call database even interfaces with "do not call" lists maintained by various state governments!
Users should make certain that the content of the outgoing messages could never be considered offensive or inappropriate, call within reasonable hours, and always exclude an individual or business who has requested not to be called again.
